The land is just off Ruta 222, 20 minutes from Las Leñas, 45 minutes from Malargue, and 2 hours to San Rafael in the province of Mendoza.

The land is approximately 1 mile from the main route to Las Leñas, on a well-maintained access road. There are a few days each winter season that the road may be covered with snow. Since the road is shared with a small school, just past the property, it is usually cleared quickly.
